Explicit Consent to Transfer Personal Data Abroad

Version 1 · Effective date: 25 September 2026

This text sets out the scope of the explicit consent you give Quarified Ltd by ticking the checkbox when you send the demo request form on the Quarified website.

Everything about how your personal data is processed is in the Privacy Notice. This text is separate from the Privacy Notice and covers only your consent to the transfer abroad described below.

1. What you consent to

The transfer abroad of the name, restaurant name, phone number, email address and message you enter in the demo request form, to the recipients below, so that we can answer your request, contact you and arrange a demo, under Article 9(6)(a) of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

The form's contents are not stored in a database. Your request is only delivered to our team by email and kept for the period set out in the Privacy Notice.

3. Possible risks of the transfer

KVKK Article 9(6)(a) requires that you are told of the possible risks before you consent:

  • The Turkish Personal Data Protection Board has not issued an adequacy decision for the United Kingdom, Germany or the USA. The level of protection in these countries may not be the same as in Turkey.
  • Exercising your rights before authorities and courts in these countries may be harder, slower or more costly.
  • Public authorities in these countries may request access to your data under their own laws.
  • The Turkish Personal Data Protection Board has no direct supervisory power over recipients in these countries.

To reduce these risks, your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), only what your request needs is transferred, and the recipients are bound by contract to protect personal data.

4. The nature of your consent

Your consent is specific, based on the information in this text, and freely given. You do not have to give it, and you will suffer no detriment for refusing.

However, the demo request form works by transferring data to the systems abroad listed above, so the form cannot be sent without the box ticked.

Where possible, transfers also rely on standard contracts signed with the recipients under KVKK Article 9(4). This text covers your explicit consent for cases where those safeguards are absent or not sufficient.

Under UK law (UK GDPR), these transfers do not rely on your consent: they rely on the safeguards described in the Privacy Notice. This text records only your explicit consent under KVKK.

5. Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to kvkk@quarified.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of transfers made before it. After withdrawal no further transfer is made, and the data about your demo request is deleted unless another lawful basis applies.

6. Declaration

By ticking the checkbox on the form, you declare that you have read this text and that you give explicit consent to the transfer abroad of the personal data in your demo request to the recipients listed above. The version number of this text is recorded with your request.

If the Turkish and English versions of this text differ, the Turkish version prevails.
